At Prophecii, we always strive to make our customers happy for their big day. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your brooch bouquet, I will accept the product back for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
I will not exchange nor refund your brooch bouquet after this period in any circumstance.
Prophecii is not liable for any shipping or handling charges for returns or exchanges irrespective of the circumstance. However, I will ship ‘damaged’ products back free of charge. All damaged brooch bouquets must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
If your brooch bouquet is damaged in transit, please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence of said damage. I will then endeavor to replace your item or give you a full refund. Please note that if a replacement brooch bouquet is given, it will not be an identical product. Your new brooch bouquet will be similar but not exactly the same, due to the unique and bespoke nature of my designs.
